Refund and Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Aura Mode Studio.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@auramodestudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: This product provides a temporary cosmetic effect. Individual results may vary depending on skin type, application amount, and skincare routine. Results-based dissatisfaction does not qualify as a product defect.
